Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and mentoring junior developers. This is a direct hire position offering stability and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver features that meet business requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) to facilitate effective global communication.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a remote or hybrid, cross-cultural environment.
