Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, translating business objectives into technical strategies.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and foresight research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) relevant to our niche.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Develop frameworks for measuring the impact of new technologies on business growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with next-generation architecture to ensure a seamless transition into the 2026 era.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of continuous innovation and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching major technological initiatives or defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Predictive Analytics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- PMP or MBA certification is highly preferred.
