Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integrated systems)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess market viability
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into scalable solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, neurotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or patents
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building and leading high-impact innovation teams
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions
