Responsibilities

- Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintenance: Maintain, test, and refactor existing codebases to ensure stability and security.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews to drive team efficiency.
- Documentation: Create clear, technical documentation for all developed systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a relevant field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Databases: Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on code quality.
- Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate to Dallas, TX, under our assistance program.
