Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical innovation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience with Java/Python and cloud architectures
- Proven expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in US time zones (PT) with flexible hours
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
