Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-era solutions in IoT and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies in the 2025-2027 horizon
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Secure $500K+ in pilot funding for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative tech
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published research on AI governance or sustainable tech models
- Strong network with DARPA, EU Horizon, or similar innovation bodies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
