- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead high-stakes innovation projects with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and finance
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Anticipate regulatory impacts and ethical considerations for future tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or immersive tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in technology management or innovation methodology (e.g., TOGAF, CDMP)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing vendor ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
