Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying trends in AI, generative models, and quantum computing.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and prototype novel technologies to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers, architects, and data scientists to execute long-term technical goals.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
