Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for upcoming releases, ensuring our tech stack is future-proof and scalable.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-Ready algorithms to stay ahead of the curve.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that prioritize security, performance, and fault tolerance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business leaders to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior architect or technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and modern AI frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
