Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-level software architectures optimized for future AI and Quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on Generative AI, predictive analytics, and edge computing.
- Technology Integration: Integrate emerging tech stacks (e.g., WebGPU, advanced neural interfaces) into existing legacy systems seamlessly.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols to safeguard autonomous systems and sensitive data against evolving cyber threats.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize code for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Network architectures.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or C++ with a strong grasp of functional programming principles.
- Cloud Knowledge: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
