Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and lead the development of scalable, distributed systems capable of handling the demands of the 2026 digital landscape.
- AI & ML Integration: Define technical strategies for embedding Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning directly into core product infrastructure.
- Tech Roadmapping: Conduct feasibility studies and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., next-gen web frameworks) to guide our 2026 roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, system architecture, or technical project leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about long-term technical trends and business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
