Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and decentralized systems

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE ACM on next-gen computing paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
