- Architect and execute the 2026+ corporate strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Champion innovation labs for breakthrough solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop predictive models for geopolitical and socioeconomic impacts on business operations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire transformative startups
- Present future scenarios to board members and investors with compelling data narratives
- Mentor next-generation talent in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives (post-2020 projects)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
