Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning and risk assessment for future market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic impact and adapt plans dynamically
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data modeling experience
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
