Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and electronic health record documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current and valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in Minnesota or eligible for endorsement
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for acute care roles
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (H-1B, TN, or applicable categories)
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
