Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (berries, vegetables, fruits)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Monitor crop health and apply integrated pest management
- Perform post-harvest handling and packing operations
- Maintain irrigation systems and field infrastructure
- Adhere to food safety and organic certification standards
- Collaborate with supervisors on daily production goals
Qualifications
- Must hold valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year agricultural/farming experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather
- Basic English communication skills (verbal/written)
