Responsibilities
- Perform crop harvesting, planting, and cultivation tasks
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery safely
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation needs
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food safety guidelines
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team leads for daily task assignments
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
