Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, strawberries, peppers)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems) safely
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Maintain field cleanliness and proper irrigation techniques
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Follow all safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Work collaboratively with diverse team members
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Physical ability to work 8-10 hours/day in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime during peak season
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No criminal record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
