Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop planting and maintenance
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops
- Monitor crop health and apply pesticides/fertilizers per safety protocols
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and field drainage operations
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Adhere to all H2A program requirements and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year prior agriculture/farming experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varying weather
- Basic machinery operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- English/Spanish bilingual communication skills
