Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a focus on professionalism and warmth, greeting all visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with a polite and helpful demeanor, transferring or taking messages as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the conference room calendar, coordinating schedules to ensure no conflicts and assisting with setup for meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with special projects and event coordination as required by the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional receptionist or administrative support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
