Responsibilities
- Front Line Management: Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with efficiency, ensuring no message is missed.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, process shipments, and maintain the reception area to ensure a pristine environment.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and patient check-in processes.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure the team has the tools they need to succeed.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain electronic records and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience in a corporate or medical setting.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess strong typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
