Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate, detailed, and timely medical documentation.
- Providing compassionate patient education and emotional support.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (or eligibility for state licensure).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and high-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
