Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and event spaces
- Assist with daily operations including setup, cleaning, and maintenance of facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Support inventory management and supply restocking activities
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical stamina
