Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensure all items are properly packaged and labeled according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery and work areas.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo the EB3 Visa sponsorship process.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
