Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, grapes, almonds)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation needs
- Apply pesticides/fertilizers per EPA guidelines
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Maintain field sanitation and equipment upkeep
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous agriculture experience preferred
- Physical stamina for manual labor (8+ hour shifts)
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible hours
