Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and technicians with daily operations and technical projects.
- Operate and maintain specialized industrial equipment using provided machinery and tools.
- Conduct quality control inspections and document technical processes accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related technical field.
- Valid eligibility for the J1 Trainee Exchange Visitor Program (must obtain visa sponsorship).
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
- Willingness to work full-time (35-40 hours per week) as per visa regulations.
