Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and efficiency.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans for production defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Oversee capital equipment installation, validation, and maintenance projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategic solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (required).
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and statistical analysis tools.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various plant sites.
