Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest control
- Sort and grade produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in general farm maintenance and equipment upkeep
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to apply through our sponsorship program
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills (training provided)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- No prior experience required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
