Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative workflows, scheduling, and calendar management for executive team
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain personnel records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff
- Implement office protocols for safety, security, and compliance
- Manage office budget and procurement processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
