Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements across 3 departments
- Process visitor badges and maintain secure access protocols
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor management
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new team members
- Compose executive correspondence and manage incoming communications
- Coordinate company events and offsite logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive receptionist or concierge experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments
- Discretion with confidential information
- Portland metro area residency required
- Proficiency with CRM systems preferred
- Valid Oregon driver's license
