- Oversee visitor registration and maintain secure access protocols
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Support administrative team with document preparation and filing
- Uphold professional appearance and lobby presentation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
