Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area including greeting visitors, managing phone lines, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge creation and IT setup
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and report generation
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client/employee interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
