- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling across 5 departments
- Greet and screen visitors for 200+ employees
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain reception area with premium amenities
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years reception experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional multitasking abilities
- Professional business attire standards
- Experience with video conferencing systems
- Discretion with confidential information
- Fluency in English (Spanish preferred)
