Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening and directing 50+ daily calls with professionalism
- Greet and assist high-profile clients and visitors with exceptional hospitality
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and employee inquiries
- Maintain reception area aesthetics and manage conference room bookings
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects and events
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or executive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with grace
- Discretion with confidential information and sensitive matters
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) a strong plus
