- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional etiquette and security protocols

- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain pristine reception area and office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Support office events and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
