Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen visitors for 50+ person office
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain reception area presentation standards
- Assist with office supply inventory management
- Support HR onboarding paperwork
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist/admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication
- Discretion with confidential information
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Omaha metro residency required
