Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and etiquette
- Greet and screen all visitors with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate executive calendar management and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Support administrative tasks for HR and accounting departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
