Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex appointments, and prioritize meeting logistics
- Greet visitors with professionalism, screen calls, and route communications appropriately
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, mail processing, and facility coordination
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation
- Support administrative projects using Microsoft Office Suite and specialized CRM tools
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive executive matters
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification required
- Minimum 3 years of executive-level reception or administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
