Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and screen/direct incoming calls
- Greet visitors with professional hospitality and coordinate meeting logistics
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges
- Coordinate couriers, mail, and office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Assist with event coordination for company functions
- Collaborate with IT department on office equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive-level reception experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with composure
- Knowledge of office management best practices
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) beneficial
