Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate patient appointments across 15+ providers
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Maintain conference room scheduling and equipment setup
- Assist with patient check-in using Epic EMR system
- Order and inventory office supplies
- Support HR functions onboarding new staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Healthcare EMR system familiarity preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid Arizona driver's license required
