Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume multi-line phone system with professional call routing and messaging
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements across departments
- Process visitor protocols including badge issuance and conference room scheduling
- Handle confidential correspondence, mail distribution, and supply inventory management
- Support administrative functions for 15+ executives including document preparation
- Coordinate catering and logistics for client meetings and corporate events
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate reception or administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with composure
