Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls and professional call routing
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for C-suite leadership
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with 100% accuracy
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional hospitality and security protocols
- Assist with new employee onboarding and office supply inventory management
- Maintain reception area presentation standards including plants, literature, and amenities
- Support HR initiatives including interview coordination and onboarding documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with competing priorities
- Discretion handling confidential information and executive correspondence
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Doodle, or similar)
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
