Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional client service protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Oversee conference room bookings and AV equipment maintenance
- Assist with new hire onboarding and office administrative tasks
- Maintain confidential HR and client information with discretion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
