- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional customer service protocols
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting room logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report submissions
- Maintain confidential HR records and employee onboarding materials
- Support department projects with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive-level reception or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced corporate environment
- Professional demeanor with polished business appearance
- Associate degree or relevant certification preferred
