Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and voicemail management
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics
- Greet/escort visitors with exceptional customer service while maintaining security protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Support HR functions onboarding coordination and new hire orientation
- Manage conference room bookings and AV equipment setup
- Assist with special projects and executive administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive/front desk experience in corporate or professional services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
