Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, mail handling, and visitor greeting
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics across 15+ departments
- Execute corporate event coordination for client meetings and company functions
- Maintain office supply inventory and vendor relationships for procurement
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation
- Implement office safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with IT department for AV equipment troubleshooting
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ extensions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Calendly/Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) a plus
