Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and communications to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility management
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation for executive team
- Support onboarding processes for new team members and coordinate company-wide events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, ideally with C-level executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated professionalism
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
