- Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Lead special projects including event coordination and process optimization initiatives
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or tech environment
