Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate departmental meetings, take minutes, and track action items
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive departments
- Implement and improve administrative systems for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
