Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple departments
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential communications and executive reports
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Prepare high-stakes presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and improve administrative systems for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience with C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Advanced knowledge of calendar management across time zones and competing priorities
- Experience coordinating complex international travel and logistics
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate needs and propose solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
